Discover the decadent delights of Town Square
Open from 11:00am each day, Tasting Australia's free festival hub boasts 15 vendors, four bars and one dance floor, making it the perfect spot to meet, eat and boogie till late. Visit the new Journey Beyond Lounge for a taste of luxury, choose from a huge range of experiences in the Dining Galleries, Drinks Academy and Town Square Canteen, or witness the action-packed Waiters' Race.
In a festival first, the new Town Square Perfect Pair series promises unforgettable food and drink combinations. Festival drinks curators Meira Harel and Banjo Harris Plane will pair wines with a signature dish (and plant-based option) dreamt up by Town Square vendors Dolly Bar and Eatery, Ong Noi Vietnamese Kitchen, Braising Boy and The Filipino Project.
DIY Dumplings at KOOMO
Try your hand at crafting three styles of artisan dumplings at this cooking class in the clouds. Create your own dumplings in broth, money bag dumplings and pan-fried delights under the expert guidance of chef Randy Gravador at KOOMO Restaurant, located on the 10th floor of Adelaide's tallest building.
This event can cater for vegetarian, vegan and coeliac dietary requirements.
Sip the alphabet
Crowd favourite A to Z of Wine returns after a celebrated debut last year! Expect a drink of repute for every letter of the alphabet, ranging from the innovative to the timeless, as you tour the room on a 90-minute odyssey of deliciousness.

Experience an extraordinary night at Dining Galleries — Seoul to Kyoto, as four chefs linked by the culinary tradition of kaiseki (a multi-course Japanese meal, now often considered haute cuisine). Expect a focus on seasonal ingredients, authentic methods and laser-focused attention to detail.
