Yakitori Takumi, a yakitori specialty shop in South Australia since 2004.
Yakitori direct translation means, BBQ Chicken. Chicken pieces skewer on bamboo skewers and grilled. Different cut of chicken portions, beef, pork, seafoods and vegetables are all prepared in yakitori style.
We are a very simple place serve simple food. no pretentious, no ego. Simple people, simple ingredients work at our best to bring people together after work.
Our aim is to share the Izakaya dining culture to the locals and create a home away from home for the Japanese expats . No sushi, No Teppanyaki, No Ramen, we do how it supposed to be, just like in Japan, yakitori - ya. Tapas, Japanese style.
We carry a good range of Japanese beers, Sake, Whisky and Plum Wines
