Gourmet chocolate chunk cookies

Last updated 21 Apr, 2022

No feast is complete without something sweet. Save the stress of serving something you need to construct moments before serving and bake a plate of cookies instead! The magic of this recipe comes from the large chocolate chunks and flaky sea salt that elevate this treat to gourmet status.

We recommend using a chocolate block from an Adelaide favourite like Just Bliss Chocolates, Haigh’s Chocolates or Koko Black.
