Meditation – Relax – Recentre – Recharge – 2024

Relax, re-centre and recharge with weekly, guided meditation sessions.

Cultivate self-awareness, self-compassion and kindness for yourself, and increase your wellbeing and resilience through guided group meditations led by Adelaide-based meditation teacher and coach, Jen Hill, Director of Right Brain Liaisons

Our meditations focus on developing peace of mind, awareness, and self-care.

All are welcome. No experience is necessary. We will sit on chairs for comfort. Or you may like to bring a pillow and/or yoga mat if you wish to lie down. Casual attendees are welcome.

Monday’s weekly, 10:15 am - 11:15 am | $5 per person per session

*Please note that there will be no sessions on public holidays
