This workshop will explore the importance of building relationships online in a very digital world. You will work through who your target audience is, what platforms are they on and what groups are they in? Learn to tailor your social media content to connect with the right people and learn about tools you can use to support you.
Week 2: Setup your Business on Google and Manage Reviews
Tuesday 25 June, 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm
This workshop will explore Google My Business and how you can set it up so your business thrives. Learn about Google reviews, how to interact with reviews to boost your business and best-practices for following up with customers. Learn how to boost your Google ranking with regular updates and posts.
Week 3: Content that Connects with your Audience
Tuesday 2 July, 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm
In this workshop you will work through ideas to create valuable online content to promote your business. Understand the importance of sharing your knowledge and expertise. Explore different types of content that you can create from blogs to emails or eBooks and learn some tools to help you create and share your content more easily.
Week 4: Build a Website to Target Dream Clients
Tuesday 9 July, 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm
In this workshop you will learn about the important components needed to build a website that connects with the right people. You will design the structure of your website (on a worksheet) that you can later implement. Learn about processes for booking clients.
