Central Market Shopping Bus

Would you enjoy a trip to the iconic Adelaide Central Market to shop or simply socialise with like-minded older people? If you reside in Adelaide or North Adelaide, have a My Aged Care Social Support Group referral, we’d love to have you on board. If you are not already registered to My Aged Care, please let us know, we can assist you.

While a regular City of Adelaide volunteer joins you on the bus, you are free to enjoy the market by yourself, or with the others.

A trailer is attached allowing storage of shopping trolleys or bags, so you can stock up on pantry essentials or some special treats. The driver assists with trailer loading and unloading.
