Balance & Posture Pilates Based Exercises
Join Pilates facilitator Sue at the North Adelaide Community Centre for a slower paced class that includes a mix of chair-based and movement exercises to improve strength, balance, mobility and breathing. This group class is open to people with all levels of fitness ability and all ages.
Wear non-slip shoes, comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
Sessions cost $5.00 per person, payable to the class facilitator.
