A Glimpse of the Past – Gover Street East, Adelaide
It is hard to imagine that this small section of leafy, residential Gover Street has been the location of not just houses, but of doctors' surgeries, corner stores, horse drawn trams, and bakeries. The people who lived here have included lawyers, carpenters, rabbis, suffragettes, and spray painters. This exhibition is a glimpse into their stories.
