Maras Group chairman Theo Maras says small businesses are the lifeblood of the city, and the good family-owned hospitality haunts are among his favourites.

From cafes that have been around for decades in the Adelaide Central Market to modern cafes with strong Greek coffee, Mr Maras says locals and visitors alike need to embrace small businesses.
