If you like the sound of sitting beside a fire and listening to live music over dinner and drinks, you’ll love Winter Weekends. Add some fire twirlers and your partner or some friends and your Friday and Saturday nights in the city are complete! At six different locations each weekend, the migrating entertainment gives you the chance to explore the city while keeping your hands warm and belly full.

Where: Changing locations in the CBD and North Adelaide – see program
Cost: No cost for firepits and entertainment, just buy drinks and/or food

Adelaide Oval

Not just for the footy, Adelaide Oval has a few surprises up its sleeve you may not know about. Book in for a relaxed stay at the Oval Hotel, taste the seasonal menu of Five Regions Restaurant, go on a stadium tour or climb to the rooftop and get 360 degree views of Adelaide and the grounds. The oval also offers incredible function spaces for a huge range of events, from weddings to birthdays. Of course, football is the main attraction during winter, with thousands flocking here to see teams battle it out over four quarters but there’s plenty to do otherwise. Try Adelaide Oval for your next weekend getaway!
