Tasting Australia presented by Journey Beyond is the country’s longest running eating and drinking festival, with events all over South Australia that celebrate people, produce and place.

Tasting Australia inspires visitors, chefs, producers, media and buyers to experience the best of our state, and ensures local audiences are always at the party too. The program invites audiences to step beyond a standard food festival and savour the magic that happens when local legends are joined by top chefs from around the world.

The festival hub, Town Square in Victoria Square / Tarntanyangga becomes the city’s to-go to gourmet food hall, offering something to match every palette and price point. Fun, free and perfect for families, this is the place to meet for a drink, stay for a meal and explore.
