This sculpture Untitled was the winner of the 1976 Rundle Mall Sculpture Contest, and was commissioned to support the Premier Don Dunstan's vision of Rundle Mall being a 'Gallery Without Walls'. Other noteworthy competition winners were John Dowie's AM The Slide and Bert Flugleman's The Spheres.

This work was relocated for the development of the Myer Centre and was moved to Ebenezer Place in 1997 as part of the East End redevelopment.
