Reconciliation Touchstone

Karen Casey with Darryl Cowie
This abstract red granite sculpture features the imprints of handshakes that are the result of a Handshake Ceremony on North Terrace campus where 120 people came together as part of a display of the University's commitment to reconciliation. During this event from these hand shakes, moulds were made of the participants clasped hands that were then imbedded on the inside surface of the sculpture.
