Geoff Cobham and Deb Jones, Fallen Shadows, 2008, led, glass and steel
Fallen Shadows was commissioned in 2008 for the redevelopment of the Adelaide Central Bus Station. The light based artworks are comprised of 15 light units, some upright and some in ground, spaced to be reminiscent of distance markers. The markers and their shadows are an attempt to qualify time and understand light on a personal level as the viewer interacts with the artworks.
