Cascade

Sergio Redegalli

Redegalli built Cascade to celebrate Australia’s Bicentenary in 1988.

To complement the glass Bicentennial conservatory in the Adelaide Botanic Gardens, the sculptural fountain was built with five hundred precision cut pieces of 6mm thick glass in the shape of a cascading wave.

You'll find Cascade to the south of the Bicentennial Conservatory.
