The Gallery

Head up to The Gallery's rooftop for cocktails with friends or a shared meal. You'll want to try one of every side on offer - from arancini, to halloumi or meatballs, or enjoy one of their pizzas. On Tuesday's, Wednesday's and Thursday's, you can get a pizza for only $10 with the purchase of a drink. 

Shobosho

Shobosho is one of South Australia’s premier restaurants, having won a swag of accolades including One Hat and Top 100 Restaurant. At Shobosho, they blend smoke, steam, and fire; ancient traditions of Japanese yakitori, with the finesse, skill and texture of all that is raw, cured, pickled and fermented. The menu takes a journey through raw to cooked, with yakitori, noodles, dumplings, bao, robata grilled and spit roasted meats.

Bread and Bone

15 Peel Street

Voted by the public as South Australia's best burger in 2021, Bread and Bone is the place to go for a hearty burger and some fries. Known for its use of a wood grill for its burgers, hot dogs and fried chicken, Bread and Bone also has starters and salads and you can finish off your meal with a sundae or ice cream sandwich.

They search for wines of interest both locally and internationally and their cocktail ethos sees drinks of innovation enjoyed alongside the classics. Located in the laneway behind Press* Food & Wine, you can enjoy food by Press*. Fresh, fun and vibrant, just like their drinks, Paloma Bar and Pantry received the 2021 Best Small Bar award from the Australian Hotels Association South Australia. Modelled on French and Spanish drinkeries, Paloma is a great place to share a drink and a platter with friends.

Fugazzi Bar & Dining

Owned by Masterchef's Laura Sharrad and her husband Max, Fugazzi is new on the scene in Adelaide, having opened in May 2021. Fugazzi's menu is inspired by Laura and Max's honeymoon in Italy and features Italian snacks and plates which you'll definitely want to try more than one of. Pasta, pizza and off the grill options are also available. 

Udaberri

11-13 Leigh Street

Udaberri has a menu full of Spanish and Mediterranean food and if you look at their Instagram, you'll definitely want to give some of it a try.  Visit the bar downstairs or head upstairs for a longer stay, where you can indulge in share plates full of lots of funky food.

Sunny's Pizza

Despite it's name, Sunny's does more than just pizza (although it's seven pizza options are delicious). Also try gnocchi, fried chicken, zucchini ribbons and more, while you sip on a cocktail, beer or 'grape juice' as they refer to it on their website. You'll have a party size night at Sunny's.

Lady Burra Brewhouse

A tribute to Lady Burra's entrepreneurial brewing techniques and thirst to find love in all things, the Brewhouse has traditional brewhouse fare with a Portuguese twist. Choose from tapas, pizza, burgers, mains, salads and sides including vegan options and pair them with one of Lady Burra's handcrafted beers.
